"Guaranteed Performance with PRIME Series"
Terms and Conditions Apply
Exception:
This guarantee does not apply to batteries
that are physically damaged or classified as scrap prior to the regeneration process.
Terms and Conditions for PRIME Regenerator Performance & Refund Guarantee
1. General Refund Policy
If the PRIME battery regenerator fails to deliver measurable regeneration performance
on sulfated used batteries, the buyer may request a purchase withdrawal of the
purchase within 30 days of delivery or within 40 days of the payment date.
This guarantee excludes batteries that are physically damaged or in a scrap state
prior to the regeneration process. Refund requests will be declined if the PRIME
unit itself is damaged or destroyed due to user fault, or if the product value has
significantly depreciated due to unauthorized use, improper handling, or the passage
of time.
2. Exclusions to Performance Claims: Non-Regenerable Physical Battery Conditions
Refund claims will not be accepted for performance failures caused by irrecoverable physical damage or natural degradation beyond chemical sulfation. Standard battery failures that cannot be regenerated by any mechanical or chemical means include:
- Severe internal corrosion and grid oxidation
- Cell-cut, internal cell short-circuits, or shedding of active plate materials
- Critical reduction or dry-out of electrolyte and sulfuric acid
- Pre-existing structural defects or physical damage within the battery container
Batteries exhibiting the above conditions are classified as physically destroyed scrap. No machine or technology can reverse structural physical damage.
If most sulfated batteries in a batch are successfully regenerated while a few units fail, those failures are deemed to be caused by the pre-existing physical defects listed above and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
3. Exclusions to Equipment Guarantee: User Fault and Improper Operation
Refunds or equipment warranty claims will not be accepted for operational failures or machine damage resulting from:
- Misuse, unauthorized repair, or structural modification of the unit
- Operation under incorrect electrical voltage or capacity specifications
- Physical impact, dropping, or damage during transport post-installation
- Use of unauthorized expendables, unapproved options, or third-party accessories
- Servicing or repairs conducted by personnel not certified by REPOWERTEK Inc.
In all cases involving equipment performance claims, a formal technical inspection and return of the machine to REPOWERTEK Inc. for investigation are strictly required.
4. Documentation and Administrative Conditions
- Objective verification requirement: Refund requests must be accompanied by objective, verifiable test data sheets showing before-and-after discharge test results that clearly demonstrate regeneration failure despite adherence to proper operating procedures.
- Claim period: Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of delivery or 40 days from the payment date.
- Return expenses: If a refund is initiated solely due to a buyer's change of mind without any verified technical defect in the PRIME machine, all associated expenses, including round-trip freight, are borne by the buyer.
NOTE: For the RPT-S500 or S600, we strongly recommend using an AVR. If the unit malfunctions due to the use of a standard small plug connected to the cable, only paid repair services will be available; therefore, please ensure that a qualified technician connects the unit to an MCCB. The AC cable must be connected only to a single circuit breaker rated at 32A or higher within the MCCB.
